We thought we could prepare some useful links for Ukraine Nationals who have arrived in Luxembourg or are planning to arrive. We plan on providing useful contact details and some practical idea’s to ease your stay here.
Before arriving in Luxembourg
If you are on your way, or trying to leave Ukraine, and have have questions, you should contact the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs (MAE). You can reach them by calling +352 2478 2386, or sending an e-mail to assistance.consulaire@mae.etat.lu.
Upon Arrival in Luxembourg
Ukrainian refugees will not have to go through the asylum procedure. Instead, you must make your presence known by filling out a form (currently available in English, French, Ukrainian, and Russian) and e-mailing it to immigration.desk@mae.etat.lu

All Luxembourg residents who have offered or are offering to host Ukrainian nationals in their homes are invited to contact the Hotline managed by Caritas and the Red Cross with the support of the Ministry of Family, Integration and the Greater Region on +352 621 796 780 or by email at Ukraine@zesummeliewen.lu.
Emergency Accommodation
Emergency accommodation structure Kirchberg (SHUK) The centre is open 24/7, and can be found at SHUK (Structure d’hébergement d’urgence au Kirchberg). SHUK will provide accommodation, food, and important information to prepare you for your stay in Luxembourg.
