At the end of 2020, Agora was entrusted with the reconversion of the site of the former Esch-Schifflange ironworks. As in Belval, a mixed-use quarter with a construction potential of around 800,000 m² gfa is to be built on the 61 hectares site. Some 47% of that is earmarked for housing, 25% for offices, retail, trade and services. Nine percent of the area is occupied by public / municipal facilities such as a primary or secondary school. The marketing of the first building plots is planned for 2025.
