AMCHAM Luxembourg Resourcing, Education and Training (RTD) Committee proudly presents Learning Fest’23 Series. As RTD Committee, we will be holding panels once every two months and bring AMCHAM members together with selected speakers to share their experiences on various topics that are of interest. Our first session will focus on dealing with constant change and the ambiguity it brings in professional life. We will have two speakers that will share their own journeys on how they dealt with high ambiguity in different environments from startups to multinational firms. Matteo Ressa is a tenured digital entrepreneur located in Luxembourg with previous experience in multinational companies. Mina Koksal is a Learning & Development Leader in Amazon Luxembourg giving ‘Developing Resilience’ seminars within the company. They both look forward to meeting AMCHAM members to share their experience and also hear from participants their own views or their questions.
