Amcham has just been informed that after 4 years of investigation and legal procedures, our former employee has been judged guilty of embezzlement and fraud, given a 48 month prison sentence and ordered to pay a fine and court costs. Additionally, we understand we will receive financial compensation for the damage done to us from the sale of realestate in which our former employee held an equity interest.
The most inportant thing for AMCHAM is the confirmation by the Luxembourg legal system of our complete innocence from any wrong doing and the full restoration of our reputation and honor.
