Last week the AmCham Diversity Committee held their first event dedicated to AI: hopes and fears for an inclusive workplace at the offices of Baker & McKenzie
For this occasion, the Committee was honored to receive distinguished speakers:
Pr Kirk Chang, Director for the Center of Innovation Management and Enterprise and
Dr Alina Vaduva, Associate Director Business & Innovation MBA Program at University of East London who will bring together their expertise.
The theme of the conference revolved around examining the challenges and opportunities posed by AI in promoting diversity, equity and inclusion amongst HR professionals.
The discussions were followed by a networking lunch.
The AMCHAM Diversity Committee exists as a vehicle for discussing and promoting diversity-related best practices in companies in Luxembourg. The committee will inform about topics related to gender; generational issues impacing young, mid-career and older employees; multiculturalism and multilingualism.
