The Chamber of Commerce and its “Enterprise Europe Network” are pleased to invite you to the conference on “Digital Services Act and Digital Markets Act: the new rules of the European package on digital services and its implementation in Luxembourg”, which will take place on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
More than 20 years after its adoption, the e-commerce directive is being modernized, and new legislation, unprecedented on a global scale, is introducing rules adapted to today’s digital ecosystem.
From Internet access and cloud services, to marketplaces, app stores, social networks, content sharing, travel and accommodation platforms, all these services are now covered by the new legislation.
This conference thus aims to raise awareness of the new obligations among both suppliers and recipients of these intermediate digital services, whatever their size and sector of activity, while emphasizing the practical issues at stake as well as the opportunities opening up for businesses within the framework of the Digital Single Market.
At the heart of the discussions:
