Partner Jil LANNERS’ practice focuses on advising regulated entities active in the asset management sector. Jil advises investment fund managers, investment firms and other professionals of the financial sector on a wide range of regulatory questions, ranging from the set-up, structuring and administration of their Luxembourg activities to assistance during on-site or off-site visits from public authorities. She also has a particular focus on dealing with acquisitions/disposals of holdings in regulated entities as well as with AML/CFT related questions.
Jil has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014.
Partner Anaïs SOHLER’s practice concentrates on asset management and regulated entities (management companies, AIFMs, investment firms and other professionals of the financial sector such as registrar agents, depositary banks, administrative agents, domiciliation agents). In this context, she provides advice to regulated professionals in relation to the set-up, structuring and administration of their Luxembourg activities.
Anaïs has also developed a significant expertise regarding the ICT infrastructure of regulated entities including ICT and cloud outsourcing.
She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2013.

Counsel Fabrice BELLENCONTRE’s practice focuses on regulatory matters related to collective asset management and investment funds, particularly on AML/CFT and targeted financial sanctions rules. Fabrice advises a wide range of regulated and unregulated funds, investment fund managers and other regulated entities on their AML/CFT set-up and related ongoing issues. He further supports clients dealing with on-site/off-site inspection processes from public authorities.
Fabrice has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2017. He is a regular speaker at conferences on his areas of expertise. He is a member of the ALFI AML/CFT working group as well as of the Luxembourg Bar’s CCBL (Commission de contrôle du Barreau de Luxembourg).
Counsel Rachel HARDY advises investment fund promoters and other financial institutions on the set-up and structuring of their Luxembourg investment fund operations, as well as on regulatory matters. Rachel’s practice focuses on collective asset management and investment funds, with a particular emphasis on funds following liquid strategies (e.g. UCITS, SIF, Part II funds) but also on other types of funds (e.g. ELTIF). She is part of the Firm’s sustainable finance task force.
Rachel has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016.
Counsel Clemens THILL’s practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financial and securities law. Clemens has acquired significant experience in complex M&A and capital market projects, and advises a number of listed and unlisted companies on a regular basis.
He was on a six-month secondment to a Luxembourg listed client in 2022 and 2023. He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2015.
