On July 17, the U.S. Department of State released the 2024 Investment Climate Statements (ICS), offering current, detailed insights into the investment environments of over 160 foreign markets, including Luxembourg. These statements serve as a crucial resource for U.S. businesses, aiding them in navigating international markets and making strategic decisions about expansion and investment.

U.S. Ambassador to Luxembourg, Tom Barrett, said: “Luxembourg’s economic resilience and innovative drive position it as a premier destination for U.S. investors. The 2024 Luxembourg Investment Climate Statement highlights Luxembourg’s dedication to maintaining a competitive and diversified economy, supported by forward-thinking policies such as the adoption of a national screening mechanism for foreign direct investments. As we continue to strengthen our economic ties, these insights will be invaluable for U.S. businesses looking to navigate and thrive in this dynamic market.”
