On February 6, 2025, AMCHAM’s Research, Training, and Development (RTD) Committee convened to discuss strategic planning for the coming year. The meeting was attended by Paul Schonenberg, AMCHAM Chairman and CEO; Sonja Holper, Business Development and Member Benefits Club Manager; and Daniel McKenzie, Head of Communications, Events, and Committee Structures. The RTD Committee, comprising professionals from various industries in Luxembourg, brings diverse perspectives to the table, all united by a commitment to enhancing the professional development and growth of Luxembourg’s workforce.
During the meeting, attendees focused on several key initiatives for the upcoming year. One of the primary topics was the upcoming release of the 2024 LUX L&D Sentiment Report, a pioneering document that aims to provide valuable insights into the learning and development landscape in Luxembourg. Additionally, the committee discussed the development of a digital library for AMCHAM, aimed at improving accessibility and user experience for its members.
The discussions were productive, with all participants actively contributing ideas and strategies to support the professional growth of the workforce in Luxembourg.
