Upcoming Affordable Housing: Challenges and Solutions for Luxembourg

We are excited to announce an upcoming event hosted by the AmCham Luxembourg Real Estate Committee on “Affordable Housing: Challenges and Solutions for Luxembourg”.

In his recent State of the Nation speech, PM Luc Frieden outlined several initiatives to address the country’s affordable housing crisis. AMCHAM aims to contribute to this debate. The panel of experts will explore various public-private partnership schemes from other countries, such as Ireland’s Housing for All initiatives and France’s Loi Pinel, and discuss their potential application in Luxembourg.

• 19:00 – Opening remarks by Paul Schonenberg, CEO, AmCham Luxembourg; David Syenave, Partner, EY; Mario Di Stefano, President of AmCham Real Estate Committee and Managing Partner of DSM Avocats à la Cour
• 19:10 – Panel discussion moderated by David ARENDT with Laurent MOSAR (CHD), Jean-Paul SCHEUREN (CIGDL), Aline MULLER (LISER) , Sandrine de Vuyst Executive Committee of Banque Raiffeisen, Declan Reid, partner of LCM who will present the Irish solutions.
