The Board of Directors Meeting will take place one hour before the AGM for Members at 17:00
This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 12th November 2020 between
18:00 – 21:00 via Zoom meeting.
All members of the American Chamber of Commerce Luxembourg are strongly encouraged to participate in the Annual General Meeting.
Please note this event is open to members only.
Members have the right to vote or issue a proxy for another member to represent them.
The Agenda of the meeting will be sent out to you via email

If you are unable to attend the AGM, a proxy will also be sent to you via email,please send your scanned proxy by Wednesday 4 November 2020 by email to jane@amcham.lu. Thank you!
