About LEKO LABS – Construction
LEKO is a unique industrial solution to lead Construction’s transition to carbon neutrality. Since 2017, we have been designing and producing lightweight superstructures with a negative carbon footprint capable of replacing the bulk of concrete and steel in a building.
Thanks to an automated production system and optimized material quantities (-50% wood vs. CLT), LEKO makes carbon-neutral construction accessible at a competitive price. The combination of robotics and a generative design tool also offers a flexible solution, responding to the desire to create tailor-made buildings in harmony with a local environment.
LEKO’s constructive solutions are certified by an ATEx type A, covering the application in load-bearing walls for residential buildings up to family 3B, i.e. R+7 / 28m, office buildings and public buildings (except for 1st category). The carbon footprint and environmental impact of LEKO solutions are also certified by an EPD and FDES.
Today, we’ve built nearly 200 units, including residences, multi-family housing, offices, mixed-use developments and other renovation projects.
