at the Chamber of Commerce, Floor -1 – conference room C2

The Board of Directors Meeting (BoD) will take place one hour before the AGM at 17:00
Chartered, Corporate and Small Business members have the right to vote or to issue a proxy for another member to represent them on behalf of their company.
The Agenda of the meeting will be sent out to you via email.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, a proxy will also be sent to you via email,
