Follow-up Events:

Following the publication of the survey report, AmCham will organize a series of events in early 2025. These events will:

  1. Address the key insights from the report
  2. Launch a collaborative discussion on local L&D challenges
  3. Strengthen the professional L&D community in Luxembourg

Foreword by Mr. Paul Schonenberg, Chairman Amcham Luxembourg

“In these challenging times, the training and development of our human capital resources are absolutely vital to securing and ensuring our future success. Even though economic austerity makes it tempting to cut investment in our human capital talent development, this would be a false economy. Still, bowing to the times, it makes sense to ensure that every training and development expenditure is as efficient and sensible as possible. For that reason the AMCHAM community of L&D experts has decided to launch a training and development survey to help us see where we are compared to where we want to go, and to identify the best L&D practices as well as the least effective L&D practices.”
